Katy Rourke's Trial
Katie is a 64-year-old grandmother who is being prosecuted for growing her medicine and has lost her house as a result (read more in the stories section. Her trial has been delayed, but in the meantime, please contact Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney Janice Ellis and ask her to stop wasting public resources on this case. While we don't know of any specific medical marijuana legislation in the works, we always need to be ready to respond to proposals that may affect the rights of patients.
